Dont you all agree that relationships are hard in some way or form. But when you throw anxiety into the mix as well you have a whole new ball game.
In my experience I find it hard to even find someone who accepts me with my anxiety as it is or someone I feel comftable enough to even tell them. imagine having a perfect relationship nothing to worry about complete trust for one and other but then anxiety starts to build up and you over think everything decifer texts that have no other meaning to them! Worry sick that your not giving enough to the relationship that they are fading away but in fact it's just the anxiety doing it! Your creating problems that are not there and inscurietes that don't need to be there! its not your fault and don't ever feel like it is! Just practice breathing and reminding yourself that it's just the anxiety talking! Talk to your partner and tell them how you feel. Communication is the key!! and always remember to be kind to yourself because if you doing be kind and love yourself you can't expect to give the same to someone else! Im currently doing some reading research at the moment. I have just started reading a book called Calm. It's all about mindfulness and meditation. Im going to start creating a routien where I use this information and then give feedback how it affects my own life. watch out for my next blog it will be all about this great read!!
